As a Webflow developer, you bring cutting-edge website designs to life. You have a sharp eye for detail, interaction and design.
You’ll collaborate with our in-house creative team on website projects, being involved in every step of the process from start to finish. We exclusively work with no-code tools, enabling you to quickly and efficiently implement optimizations and bring new ideas to life. This allows you to make real-time contributions to our clients’ growth.
In this role, you’ll be co-responsible for building and further developing new and existing Webflow sites with a strong focus on user experience. Additionally, you’ll work on other aspects such as design systems, new frameworks, automation and integrations, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of innovation and functionality.
As a Webflow developer, you will be responsible for:
Developing and refining websites: Crafting and enhancing websites with a strong focus on branding and user experience (UX).
Implementing no-code automations and integrations: Utilizing tools like Zapier and Make to streamline processes and enhance functionality.
Optimizing website performance: Improving the performance and usability of existing websites to deliver seamless user experiences.
Creating animations and interactive elements: Contributing to the design and development of animations and interactive components that enrich the overall user experience.
Designing and building responsive websites: You have experience creating and optimizing Webflow sites, focusing on usability and conversion.
Mastering tools like Figma: You’re proficient in Figma and can quickly visualize ideas for clients and colleagues.
Making code adjustments: You’re comfortable making minor code tweaks to perfect your designs.
Effective project management: You excel at planning your work, meeting deadlines, and keeping your projects organized and on track.
Experience: You have 1 to 2 years of experience as a (no-code) designer/developer, with knowledge of Webflow being a strong advantage.
Design expertise: You have proven experience with Figma and understand design and (micro)animation, creating solutions that are both beautiful and functional.
Proactive mindset: You enjoy experimenting, thrive on continuous improvement, and focus on delivering great results while refining processes.
Trendsetter: You keep us inspired with the latest trends and techniques in no-code development and design.

Language skills: You have a strong command of the Dutch language.
Availability: You can work from our Zwolle office at least three days a week.
